Located 1 mile from Killarney town centre, overlooking the mountains of Killarney National Park, the excellent Gleneagle Hotel comes highly recommended. There is a large bar where entertainment takes place, as well as a smaller, more relaxed bar and a few quiet lounge areas. Leisure facilities include an indoor pool, sauna, steam room & spa bath. There is also a regular shuttlebus to/ from Killarney town centre (small charge applies).

Tour Highlights

Day 1 We travel to Holyhead for our ferry over to Dublin then onto our overnight hotel.
Day 2 We have a leisurely drive down to Killarney stopping en route arriving at The Gleneagle Hotel mid afternoon.

Days 3, 4 & 5

  • Full day tour of the Ring of Kerry Often described as one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland, with jagged coastlines with amazing views around every turn. Visit the Ring of Kerry and you’ll understand why. Watch the scenery roll by as we journey through pretty villages, market towns and past historical sights.
  • Full day tour of the Dingle Peninsula Scattered with ancient huts and historic buildings, the Dingle Peninsula has the most rugged coastline in Ireland. A great deal of traditional Irish heritage is maintained in this Irish-speaking (Gaelic) region.
  • Day at leisure in Killarney
Day 6 We have a leisurely drive to our overnight hotel stopping en route.
Day 7 After breakfast we travel back to Dublin for our ferry to Holyhead before returning home.
